We hope that you will be delighted with any jewellery you buy from us, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy, please return the item to us for exchange or refund. (Please note that refunds may only be made to the same credit or debit card as used for the original purchase.)
Please return it to us unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt, then we will refund you the full price you paid within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We are sorry that we will not refund postage and packaging costs.
Can I return Earrings?
For hygiene reasons, we are sorry that, unless faulty, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.
Although all items are checked for quality, very occasionally items slip through the net and in these instances, we are happy to replace or refund any item. Cavendish French will refund return postage costs and replacement items will also be sent to you free of P&P charges.

Returning a purchase
To help us to deal with your returned item as quickly as possible, please E-mail us at email@example.com with your order number, details of which item you would like to return and the reason why.
Please make sure the jewellery is well packaged and protected – we would recommend bubble wrap and either boxes or jiffy type mailing envelope. We would suggest that all items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and that you obtain a certificate of postage which you keep as your proof of purchase. Regrettably we cannot be responsible for Returns that do not reach us. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. Please note that recorded delivery does not offer compensation for jewellery.
