How is your 2019 going so far?  Maybe you set yourself some resolutions or some goals for the year ahead, such as acquiring a new skill or setting yourself a challenge.  We’ve done the same here at Cavendish HQ and some of the things we’re working on are: mindful eating, training for a marathon and trying to drink less coffee (surely the most difficult one of all!)
