Turquoise jewellery should be hunted for next summer

People planning their holiday next year have been told that turquoise jewellery is the ideal accompaniment.

Kate Monahan, writing for Stuff.co.nz, said that thinking about spring and summer is an exciting time for people who are interested in fashion, as this is when the blacks and the greys of the winter can move to the back of the wardrobe.

"It's the season where merino skivvies make way for sheer floaty fabrics, relaxed cottons and pretty sandals.

Ladies; it's almost time to throw off the winter coat, put aside the fur-lined boots and embrace spring style," she stated.

In terms of accessories, Ms Monahan advised that beautiful azure blues and turquoise jewellery are used, as these are very desirable summertime colours.

Items such as these can be teamed with maxi dresses, which are going to be "big news again" for spring and summer.

Recently, the stars of Gossip Girls showed how turquoise jewellery could be worn as they showed off a range of chunky necklaces.
