Turquoise jewellery: Few fashion faux pas remain in 2010

Fashion fans have been told that there are fewer and fewer faux pas which still exist, according to an expert, however, it is important to still look in the mirror before leaving the house.

Alexandra Fullerton, acting fashion editor at Stylist, told those looking for items of clothing to wear with their turquoise jewellery that even double-denim is now being accepted.

She went on to say that the visible bra strap can "look cool" if it is styled in the right way, however, it is still important to maintain a state of basic tidiness.

"If you're confident about your look then you'll definitely look cool – but I recommend always checking in a full length mirror - front and back, before you leave the house to ensure everything that should be tucked away, snipped out or peeled off, is," she added.

According to OK! magazine, presenter Fearne Cotton recently broke a fashion faux pas by leaving both labels attached to the bottom of her shoes.
