Silver pendants including natural materials 'to be popular in 2010'

Silver pendants incorporating natural materials will be among the most popular fashion trends this year, an expert has claimed.

Meridith McTamany, writing for the Daily Collegian, has claimed that these will be among the most visible accessories in 2010.

She said that raw materials such as rock crystals will find places across a wide range of silver pendants and other items of jewellery, while items will also incorporate wooden pieces or leather.

Other colours incorporated into the trendiest of accessories will include both pastels and brighter shades, she asserted.

Ms McTamany also suggested that clothing with a science-fiction theme will also become popular in 2010, which could be reflected in people's choices of silver jewellery.

NWSource's Kathy Schultz recently suggested that layering silver necklaces can be a great way to add to an already strong outfit.

She suggested that these should be of different lengths and staggered if they are to have the strongest effect.
