Silver pendant wearers at their best at 31

It might be their knowledge of fashion, silver pendants and makeup, but according to a new survey, women are at their most attractive when they are 31 years of age.

Research carried out for the TV shopping channel QVC found that the average British woman of 31 may be married with a child, but at the same time they are seen to have youthful beauty, more confidence and a better sense of style than teenagers.

According to the poll, 47 per cent said that a good sense of style was what made a woman sexier in her 30s, which could be helped by having a good eye for silver pendants.

Women such as Christine Bleakley, Kelly Brook and Alesha Dixon are examples of 31-year-old trend setters.

Writing for the Daily Mirror, Madeleine Crisp said that Victoria Beckham, Naomi Campbell and Catherine Zeta-Jones looked their best aged 31.
