Earrings and matching silver pendants a must-have for summer

One of the must-have trends for the summer is for women to match their earrings with their silver pendants, according to two experts.

Denise Browne-Vervloet and Alisha Browne-Wint, who own separate Boutiques in Canada, told the Calgary Herald that pendants can help to complement dangling earrings.

They also suggested mixing silver pendants with feminine and pretty summer dresses.

"I love the fashions of the Elizabethan and Renaissance eras and try to incorporate some of these embellishments into my jewellery and style, but with a modern take," said Alisha, while Denise claimed that she enjoys "making a statement" through her love of fashion and jewellery.

Furthermore, Denise added that looking trendy does not have to cost a fortune, advising people to pick up jewellery pieces wisely, by finding must-have items which fit within a budget.

Last month, Cynthia Sliwa, writing for JCKOnline.com, said that silver pendants were bang on trend this season.
