Bland uniforms do not have to be the default fashion option when it comes to officewear, according to an expert, who said that creativity should be used.
Lisa Talbot, a personal and corporate stylist, told the Yorkshire Evening Post that individual pieces, such as amethyst jewellery, as well as smart shirts and suits can be used for people who want to dress to impress.
"Professional dress is critical in business. The way you package yourself sends a message about you, your skills, and their organisation.
Workwear does vary from one industry to another, for example, media, marketing and advertising operate in a more artistic, casual environment, so what those workers wear will reflect their business," she stated.
Ms Talbot went on to say that that a "capsule" wardrobe will make people's lives so much easier if they are leading a busy life.
Recently, Abbey Clancy returned to the This Morning television show to present her fashion section, giving tips to fans of amethyst jewellery.
